My Kitchen Faucet is Leaking at Base! What Now?

Replace the Kitchen Faucet

To replace the kitchen faucet, start by turning off the water supply behind the sink. Next, detach the water supply lines and the mounting nuts. Remove the faucet and clean the area around where it was mounted.

Carefully take measurements of the area and bring them to the hardware store to purchase a new faucet. Install the new faucet according to the instructions and attach the supply lines to the faucet. Turn the water back on and check that the faucet is operating properly.
